City Quay Joinery & Building Services was commissioned to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of a small office in St Andrews. Our objective was to modernise the workspace while ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s operations. We commenced the project by meticulously stripping out the outdated electrical systems to create a safe and efficient environment. Following this, we prepared and painted all walls in a contemporary colour palette, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the office. To elevate the ambiance, we installed a new suspended ceiling fitted with energy-efficient LED lighting, providing ample illumination throughout the space. Additionally, we laid down high-quality luxury vinyl plank flooring, which combines durability with a modern look, ensuring both functionality and style. The final touches included comprehensive decoration of the entire room, reflecting the client’s vision for a vibrant and welcoming workspace. Notably, the existing doors were preserved as per the client’s request, allowing for future modifications without additional disruption. This refurbishment not only revitalised the office but also improved its overall functionality, demonstrating our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
