City Quay Joinery & Building Services was engaged to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of a boardroom, transforming it into a modern and functional space. Our team meticulously removed the existing conduit electrics, ensuring a clean slate for the new design. We stripped back the dated carpet and screeded the floor to create a smooth, even surface. To enhance the aesthetics and durability of the room, we installed luxury vinyl planks, providing both style and practicality. Additionally, we fitted a new grid ceiling, incorporating six energy-efficient LED lights with an impressive lifespan of 55,000 hours, ensuring optimal lighting for meetings and presentations. As part of our commitment to excellence, we also prepared and painted the entire room, revitalising its appearance and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all who enter. This refurbishment not only elevated the visual appeal of the boardroom but also contributed to a more productive environment for collaboration and decision-making.
